To better your understanding, i would like to briefly introduce the background of our company as followings: The name of our Corporation is Glory Hardware Industry Company Ltd. located in Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province, China, where is not far away from Hong Kong or Guangzhou. There are three factories under this corporation A/ Two of them are producing hinges, hardware, lever handles and lock set which made of stainless steel and brass materials. Years of establishment : 16 Employees : Around 1,400 including of 100 engineers . Area : 50,000 sq metres. B/ The third factory is Goldiden Industrial Co., LTD, Manufacturing the faucets and bathroom accessories. Years of establishment : 6 Employee : Around 500 including 30 engineers Area : 30,000 sq metres. Facilities and equipments: 1/our enterprise established in 1996. The area of our factory is 15,000 square meters and We have 30 engineers and 500 experienced workers. 2/we have our 3d CAD system for products design and development. 3/we have our CNC processing center for development and production of the sand core Moulds, casting moulds and tooling. 4/all brass ingots are imported from japan and korea. 5/we have spectrometer from germany to analyze the brass composition. This is to Avoid the excess of impurity and to ensure that the composition is up to our standard 6/we are using gravity die casting method to produce the main body and we have the Gravity die casting machines and sand core blowing machines from italy-imr 7/we have imported multi-cutters transferring machines for machinery. 8/we produce zinc alloy lever with imported zinc alloy high pressure casting machines. 9/we have the electroplate thickness tester and neutral salt spray tester from japan. This is to ensure the high quality of the electroplating. 10/our ceramic cartridges passed 500,000 cycles endurance test 11/all our products comply to iso9001, european and international standards. 12/we are different from other chinese traditional handmade spinning die casting Manufacturers.
